Held at The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur, the programme was organised by Bateriku’s Network Development Department. BP Elevate serves as a strategic platform for training, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and recognition of outstanding achievements among Bprenuers.

Day One: Strengthening the Entrepreneurial Foundation
The first day of BP Elevate commenced at 8:00 AM with an introductory session by En. Faizal Hamid, Manager of Network Development at Bateriku. The session set the tone for a productive programme focused on business development and operational excellence.
Participants then attended an Online Marketing training session conducted by Izzuddin Hamdan, Manager of Marketing at Bateriku. This session equipped Bprenuers with practical digital marketing strategies to enhance their online presence and attract more customers.

Following the morning break, En. Sharizan Zakaria, Manager of BIRU, led a session on Bateriku Road Insurance and GPA Takaful, highlighting coverage of up to RM7,000 for Astra batteries. This training provided Bprenuers with valuable knowledge to better advise customers on available protection plans.
In the afternoon, participants attended a Case Study Operations and Warranty Claim session led by En. Ali Harun, Manager, PMO - Operational Excellence & Customer Experience Governance and En. Refiq, Manager of Operations at Bateriku. The discussion focused on operational best practices and effective handling of warranty claims, ensuring consistent service quality across the Bateriku network. By analyzing real-world operational scenarios, BPreneurs gained practical insights into optimizing workshop efficiency and ensuring seamless service delivery that safeguards customer trust.

BP Awards 2026: Celebrating Excellence
The evening concluded with the highly anticipated BP Awards 2026, which celebrated the achievements and contributions of Bprenuers within the Bateriku ecosystem. The event was graced by the presence of Tuan Hj. Azarol Faizi Bin Zakaria Ansari, CEO of Bateriku, and Pn. Hajah Sharifah Shafeeza Syed Sheh, Executive Director of Bateriku.

The second day focused on strengthening Bprenuers’ financial knowledge and business capabilities. A finance session on MyTax and e-Invoice was conducted by Pn. Nazirah, Manager of Finance, providing participants with essential insights into current financial compliance requirements.

After breakfast, En. Nasrul, Manager of Akademi Bateriku, led a session on skills development and continuous learning opportunities available through the academy.
A tea break was followed by a sharing session from Automaster, delivered by its Managing Director, Mohd Harisfathimi Zakaria. The session explored opportunities for Bprenuers interested in establishing BGarage centres, emphasizing the importance of expanding automotive service offerings beyond battery replacement to address broader customer vehicle needs.
BP Conference: Addressing Issues and Building Solutions
The highlight of the second day was the BP Conference, where Bprenuers and Bateriku representatives engaged in open discussions on operational issues, feedback, and potential improvements.
This collaborative session provided a valuable platform for both parties to identify challenges, exchange ideas, and develop solutions that can further strengthen the Bateriku ecosystem. The conference concluded with a group photography session and a signing of agreements, reinforcing the commitment of both Bateriku and its Bprenuers towards continued partnership and growth.
