Bateriku participated in the Hari Bertemu Pelanggan Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah (MBMB) 2026 programme, held at Dewan Taming Sari MBMB, Ayer Keroh on 16 July 2026.

The programme was also joined by various agencies under the Melaka State Government, including Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Melaka Tengah (PDTMT), JKR Melaka Tengah, Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Melaka (JPS), Syarikat Air Melaka Berhad (SAMB), Majlis Perbandaran Hang Tuah Jaya, CMI Infra, Selia Selenggara Selatan Sdn Bhd, and others.

The event served as a platform for the public to access various services and engage directly with participating agencies and organisations. Among the initiatives offered during the programme were 100% waiver of assessment tax service charges, 80% reduction on all types of MBMB compounds, 30% reduction on outstanding rental payments for stalls, markets and business lots, as well as free ownership transfer application processing (Form I).

As one of the exhibitors, Bateriku took the opportunity to engage with motorists by offering free vehicle inspections to help car owners understand the condition of their vehicles before unexpected issues occur on the road.

BHero Provides Free Battery, Alternator and Starter Checks

Through the vehicle inspection activity, visitors received a free 3-point vehicle check covering:

  • Car battery health
  • Alternator condition
  • Starter system

The BHero Bateriku helped vehicle owners better understand the condition of critical components involved in starting their vehicles.

If the inspection found that a car battery required replacement, visitors could also opt for an on-site battery replacement service based on their vehicle’s needs.

This initiative provided convenience for motorists by allowing them to identify potential battery issues earlier, rather than waiting until their vehicle experiences a breakdown or fails to start.

Briged Hijau Promotes Responsible E-Waste Disposal

Beyond vehicle care, Bateriku also encouraged visitors to dispose of their electronic waste (e-waste) responsibly through its collection initiative.

The initiative, carried out under Briged Hijau, aims to raise public awareness on the importance of managing electronic waste through proper channels, helping to reduce environmental risks caused by improper disposal.

Through this effort, members of the public had the opportunity to contribute towards more sustainable recycling practices.

Visitors Won Battery Vouchers Through Mystery Box

To enhance visitor engagement, Bateriku also introduced a Mystery Box activation during the event. Participants had the chance to win prizes, including battery vouchers worth up to RM100.

The activity provided an interactive experience for visitors while allowing Bateriku to share more information about battery care and vehicle maintenance.

Bateriku’s participation in Hari Bertemu Pelanggan MBMB 2026 reflects the company’s commitment to engaging with communities through accessible automotive services while promoting greater awareness of vehicle maintenance and environmental responsibility.
