About the role?
Lead roadside teams, manage stock, and ensure seamless RSA operations
Key Responsibilities
- Perform RSA (Roadside Assistance) tasks daily and ensure all work complies with service standards and operational readiness.
- Provide on-site warranty support and manage repeated cases by conducting inspections and reporting unresolved issues.
- Conduct daily stock counts for batteries at Pitstop and inside company vehicles, ensuring sufficient and quality stock levels.
- Manage daily operations of the Biznet communication system to ensure timely handling of all incoming tasks.
- Perform weekly stock checks at partner workshops and coordinate battery deliveries based on workshop orders.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: SPM/SKM in Automotive/Management.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a management-related field.
