About the role?
We are looking for a Trainer Executive to conduct vehicle diagnostics and train new team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnostics on vehicle systems using tools like scanners and multimeters
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in electrical, engine, and mechanical systems
- Carry out repairs and maintenance based on diagnostic results
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
- Train and guide new technicians on company processes and repair techniques
- Support new joiners during onboarding and monitor their progress
- Manage and maintain diagnostic tools and equipment
- Keep inventory of tools and report any damages or replacements needed
- Record all diagnostics, repairs, and training activities clearly
- Share feedback on training improvements and team performance
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Automotive or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in vehicle diagnostics and repairs
- At least 1 year of experience in training or mentoring others
- Skilled in using diagnostic tools like OBD scanners and software
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems
- Able to troubleshoot and fix complex issues
- Good at explaining technical concepts clearly
- Patient, friendly, and enjoys teaching others
