About the role?
Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled Shuttle Driver to join our BGarage Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Transporting Customers, Cars & Spare Parts
- • Safely drive the shuttle on its assigned route and stay on schedule.
- • Keep the vehicle in good condition and drive to the correct locations.
- • Pick up and deliver spare parts from suppliers on time.
- Customer Service
- • Greet passengers, help with luggage, and answer their questions.
- • Communicate professionally and provide updates when needed.
- • Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating (4.5 out of 5 or higher).
- • Gather feedback from surveys and direct passenger responses.
- Shuttle Service Operations
- • Keep records of trips, fuel use, and service details.
- • Handle emergencies like breakdowns or accidents properly.
- • Report any vehicle issues or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
- • Stay updated on shuttle routes, schedule changes, and traffic.
- • Make sure the shuttle is clean, fueled, and in good condition.
- Safety & Compliance
- • Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- • Help keep the workplace clean and organized using 5S practices.
- • Properly dispose of waste and arrange tools neatly.
- • Encourage a clean and organized workspace with clear storage areas.
- Record Keeping
- • Keep detailed records of vehicle repairs, services, and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Valid driving license.
- Valid GDL (Goods Driving License) or PSV (Public Service Vehicle) license (depending on vehicle type) are advantages.
- Minimum SPM (or equivalent).
- At least 1-2 years of experience driving commercial or passenger vehicles.
