About the role?
Keen awareness of safe driving skills and remains alert at all times. Ability to handle distractions, such as loud passengers, without losing sight of or focus on the road. Strong, fast decision-making allows a Shuttle Driver to react to changing traffic situations. A Shuttle Driver with mechanical experience notices when the vehicle isn’t performing right and may need repairs. Customer service skills are beneficial because the Shuttle Driver interacts with passengers throughout the trip.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport customers, vehicles, and spare parts as required.
- Ensure timely pick-up and delivery according to assigned routes.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic daily inspections.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide good service experience.
- Handle documentation such as trip records and fuel usage.
- Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or delays promptly.
- Follow all safety regulations, SOPs, and traffic laws.
- Support daily operations and ensure smooth shuttle service.
Requirements
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in driving or transportation roles preferred.
- Ability to communicate well with customers.
- Good understanding of road safety and traffic laws.
- Salary range offered: RM1,700 - RM2,500.
