About the role?

Responsible for handling customer inquiries related to vehicle service and repair, ensuring a smooth service experience from appointment to completion. Acts as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers and understand repair or service requirements.
  • Manage service appointments, registration, and scheduling.
  • Promote services and upsell parts or additional services when needed.
  • Coordinate with Workshop Supervisor on job progress and vehicle status.
  • Update customers on service progress and completion timeline.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

  • Experience in automotive service or customer service is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive services is an added advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills.
  • Salary range offered: RM2,000 - RM2,500
