About the role?

Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled Sales Executive - Business to Workshop (B2W) to join our NetDev Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Activities
    • • Actively promote and sell Astra products to workshops and corporate clients.
    • • Identify and contact new potential clients to grow the customer base.
    • • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
    • • Be willing to entertain customers outside working hours when needed.
  • Business Development
    • • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers.
    • • Research market trends and find new business opportunities in the automotive industry.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • • Build and maintain strong relationships with workshop owners, managers, and corporate clients.
    • • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Reporting & Forecasting
    • • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
    • • Track sales performance and develop plans to meet targets.
  • Product Knowledge
    • • Stay updated on product details, features, and benefits to effectively sell and support customers.
    • • Provide product demonstrations and technical support when needed.
  • Collaboration
    • • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams for smooth sales processes.
    • • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and sales events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
