About the role?
Fuel business growth by connecting workshops with the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Astra products to workshops and corporate clients.
Identify and approach potential new customers.
Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues.
Develop sales strategies to grow the customer base.
Research market trends and explore new business opportunities.
Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates.
Monitor and work towards achieving sales targets
Stay updated on product knowledge and provide basic support or demos.
Work closely with other departments like marketing, operations, and customer service.
Attend meetings, training, and company sales events.
Willing to meet or entertain clients outside normal working hours.
Requirements
1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to solve problems and make decisions confidently.
Basic skills in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Have a valid driver’s license and willing to travel.
Able to work independently and manage time well.
