About the role?

The Executive – Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening brand visibility, and increasing student enrollment for Akademi Bateriku’s automotive training programs. This role focuses on sales, partnerships, digital marketing, and recruitment strategies to achieve revenue and participant targets, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new clients, partners, and institutions (TVET providers, government agencies, corporates, and PBTs).
  • Pitch and present training programs to stakeholders effectively.
  • Achieve sales targets for short courses, SKM/DKM programs, and corporate training.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Develop and manage promotional materials such as flyers, videos, and presentations.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visibility at events, fairs, and exhibitions.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies targeting school leavers, asnaf youth, and upskilling candidates.
  • Organize outreach activities with schools, colleges, NGOs, and government agencies.
  • Convert leads into confirmed student registrations.
  • Coordinate career talks, open days, and recruitment drives.
  • Provide support to trainers during program launches and graduation events.
  • Represent Akademi Bateriku in external events and engagements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Track and analyze ROI of marketing campaigns to optimize effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update the database of leads, partners, and students.

Requirements

  • Qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (preferably in TVET/education/automotive sector).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing and digital tools.
  • Result oriented, self driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required.
