Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled SAFETY COORDINATOR (NON-EXECUTIVE) to join our CEO OFFICE.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA requirement.
- Conduct routine safety audits and inspections.
- Maintain and update safety documentation.
- Conduct safety induction and training for staff.
- Assist in incident investigations and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
- Coordinate emergency response drills.
- Provide recommendations to improve safety measures.
- Promote safety culture through campaigns and programs.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure safety standards.
- Engage with external parties to ensure safety compliance.
Requirements
- Possess OSH Yellow Book certification.
- Diploma in Safety & Health or equivalent.
- Experience in the Retail Industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
