Key Responsibilities
- Safety Compliance
- • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- • Conduct safety audits and inspections regularly.
- • Maintain and update safety documentation.
- • Provide safety training and inductions for staff.
- • Assist in incident investigations and reporting.
- Risk Management
- • Identify and reduce workplace hazards.
- • Organize emergency response drills.
- • Recommend safety improvements to management.
- Health & Safety Advocacy
- • Promote a safety-first culture through campaigns.
- • Work with department heads to uphold safety standards.
- • Engage with external parties to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Possess OSH Yellow Book certification.
- Diploma in Safety & Health or equivalent.
- Experience in the Retail Industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
