Key Responsibilities
- To ensure Resq follow sop and module when attending assign order
- Respond to contact centre request for battery and RSA assistance when necessary
- To ensure vehicle always in clean condition for better image of company
- To ensure vehicle in good working condition
- To ensure battery stock tally with system and all equipment in good condition
- Support HOD and teammates in clerical duties that involves assisting the Head of Department (HOD) and other team members with administrative tasks and paperwork
- To ensure follows the company requirement and SOP that has been state in guidelines and job scope
Requirements
- Battery installation skill
- RSA skill
