Key Responsibilities
Plan and run marketing efforts to attract and engage scrap suppliers
Contact potential and existing suppliers through calls, messages, or visits
Monitor scrap prices, market trends, and competitor activity
Handle supplier payments, including document checks and payment requests
Keep accurate records and work with Finance to resolve any payment issues
Build strong relationships with dealers and workshops to secure supply
Negotiate prices, handle disputes, and look for new business opportunities
Coordinate with warehouse teams for smooth scrap movement and stock handling
Ensure all warehouse activities follow SOPs and safety rules
Prepare reports on supply, payments, and inventory
Maintain updated records of suppliers and customers
Support audits, compliance checks, and process improvements
Handle any other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Good communication and people skills
Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
Strong in negotiation and problem-solving
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Can work under pressure and handle many tasks at once
