Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled Quality Executive to join our Quality Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Testing and Analysis
- • Conduct battery performance tests (charge retention, endurance, corrosion, water consumption).
- • Analyze and document test results for reporting and further action.
- Quality Control
- • Inspect batteries to ensure compliance with internal and IEC standards.
- • Perform visual inspections and physical measurements to detect defects.
- Equipment Maintenance
- • Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory testing equipment.
- • Ensure all tools and instruments are in good working condition.
- Data Management
- • Keep detailed records of tests, observations, and results.
- • Use lab software for accurate data entry and analysis.
- Safety Compliance
- • Follow safety protocols when handling batteries and testing equipment.
- • Ensure proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Collaboration
- • Work with the quality assurance team and other departments.
- • Provide technical insights for new product development and testing.
Requirements
- a) Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or similar.
- b) Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, or related quality management systems.
