About the role?

This role will improve execution discipline across the organization, provide real-time portfolio visibility for leadership, reduce administrative burden on the PMO team, enable the PMO to focus on strategic governance and enterprise-level oversight and strengthen board-level reporting readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Tracking & Monitoring
  • Maintain and update the master project tracker, including status, timeline, risks, and milestones.
  • Monitor weekly progress across all active initiatives.
  • Escalate potential delays or risks to the PMO.
  • Meeting & Action Management
  • Coordinate project meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
  • Track action items and ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain a centralized action log for all initiatives.
  • Documentation Governance
  • Maintain a repository of project documents (SOW, SOP, Change Requests, etc).
  • Ensure documentation completeness and version control.
  • Support governance compliance and audit preparation.
  • Reporting Support
  • Assist in preparing monthly dashboards for management.
  • Consolidate portfolio updates for CEO reporting.
  • Track milestone achievements and delivery health.

Requirements

  • Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in PMO, project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suites (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent documentation discipline and attention to detail.
  • Structured thinker with strong organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall / Agile exposure is an advantage).
