Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled Partnership Executive – Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to join our Business Development Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Update Insurance Database with new industry contacts for potential outreach.
- Customize BPO Business Presentation Deck based on potential leads' requirements.
- Conduct Face-to-Face Engagements with existing clients to review Bateriku's fulfillment performance.
- Collaborate on Marketing Campaigns with existing clients to boost awareness, traffic, and sales.
- Secure Insurance Clients, with a minimum target of one and a maximum of two.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in management, partnership coordination, or business outsourcing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and outsourcing projects.
- Knowledge of BPO industry trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
