About the role?
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn professional to support our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks
- Provide first-level support for network-related incidents and service requests
- Maintain network documentation, including diagrams, IP schemas, and inventory
- Support the installation and maintenance of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)
- Monitor network performance and assist in identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- CCNA (or in progress) is preferred
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols
- Familiarity with network tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, etc.)
- Understanding of firewalls and VPN is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
