Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management
- • Write and edit content for articles, newsletters, social media, and websites.
- • Work with design teams to create visual content like videos and infographics.
- • Customize content for different customer journeys and personas.
- SEO & Analytics
- • Optimize content for SEO to boost rankings and visibility.
- • Use keyword research to improve content reach.
- • Track and analyze content performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Sensor.
- Campaign Strategy
- • Plan and run content marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- • Repurpose content into different formats (e.g., blogs into videos or infographics).
- Collaboration & Research
- • Work with product, sales, and customer success teams to find content opportunities.
- • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills, with a portfolio showcasing persuasive, industry-specific sales content and insightful editorial work.
- Attention to detail with advanced editing and proofreading skills to uphold quality and accuracy in all content.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiar with content management systems (CMS), CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media tools is an asset.
