BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, OR A RELATED FIELD (OR EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE)
About the role?
We're looking for a tech-savvy problem-solver to ensure our systems, networks, and infrastructure run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot computer or system issues
- Manage user accounts including setup, role updates, and deactivation
- Handle desktop hardware issues, software licenses, and user access
- Coordinate with vendors (e.g. ISP, infra, hardware suppliers) for support
- Follow security and configuration standards
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to users
- Record all support issues, steps taken, and solutions provided
- Update documentation on system changes regularly
- Work with system and other teams to improve support tools and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical troubleshooting ( 1 year or less)
