About the role?
Responsible for conducting stock audits, verifying BMS data, reporting discrepancies, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure accurate inventory control and compliance with SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct physical stock audits at Pitstops, Warehouses, and Corporate locations in accordance with the audit schedule.
Verify stock balances against the BMS system and promptly highlight any variances.
Document all findings with supporting evidence, including photographs where applicable.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, root cause analysis, and recommended corrective actions.
Monitor the implementation and closure of corrective actions related to audit findings.
Provide management with monthly audit summaries and updates.
Coordinate with the Operations Department, Pitstop Coordinators, and Admin teams during audits.
Collaborate with the Inventory and Operations teams to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
Engage with HR and Compliance teams to address issues that may require disciplinary action.
Ensure monthly reports are submitted to the Head of Department (HOD) by the 7th of each month.
Commit to ongoing learning of product knowledge and soft skills, especially in communication.
Adhere to company requirements, SOPs, and guidelines as outlined in the job scope.
Support the implementation of company initiatives and ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Maintain consistency in following company policies and procedures as outlined in the official guidelines.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in inventory management, stock auditing, or warehouse operations.
Experience with stock control systems (such as , BMS or ERP platforms) is an advantage.
Exposure to retail, logistics, or supply chain environments is preferred.
