About the role?
Responsible for conducting stock audits, verifying BMS data, reporting discrepancies, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure accurate inventory control and compliance with SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Audits & Verification
Conduct physical stock audits at Pitstops, Warehouses, and Corporate locations according to the audit schedule.
Verify stock balances against the BMS system and promptly highlight any discrepancies.
Document all audit findings with supporting evidence, including photographs where necessary.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, root cause analysis, and recommended corrective actions.
Track, monitor, and ensure timely closure of all corrective actions related to audit results.
Provide management with monthly audit summaries and progress updates.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate audit activities with the Operations Department, Pitstop Coordinators, and Admin teams.
Work closely with the Inventory and Operations teams to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
Liaise with HR and Compliance teams when audit outcomes require disciplinary review or further action.
Monthly Reporting
Ensure all monthly reports are prepared and submitted to the Head of Department (HOD) by the 7th of each month.

SOP Implementation & Compliance
Support company initiatives and ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in inventory management, stock auditing, or warehouse operations.
Experience with stock control systems (e.

, BMS or ERP platforms) is an advantage.
Exposure to retail, logistics, or supply chain environments is preferred.
