Join our product team as an intern to learn about product development and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist system analysis and product specialist in defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
- Help performing user analysis, competitor benchmarking and market research
- Help gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
- Help support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and documentation
- Help coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery
- Help monitor product performance and collect user feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Help assist in preparing presentations, reports, and demos for stakeholders
- Contribute to the testing and QA of new features and updates
Requirements
- Strong interest in product management, digital technologies, and user-cantered design
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity software
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Trello, or Notion
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles, wireframing, or user research
- Basic knowledge of web or mobile app development concepts
- Strong academic performance and/or relevant coursework in product development, digital strategy, or project management is a plus
