Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes, including preparing documents and conducting induction.
  • HR Operations
  • Help maintain and update employee records (hardcopy and digital).
  • Assist in attendance monitoring and leave management.
  • Support payroll preparation with necessary data.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Help respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure proper filing of HR documents and contracts.
  • Support in ensuring HR practices comply with company policies and labor regulations.
  • General Administration
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and HR initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong interest in HR functions and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
