Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding processes, including preparing documents and conducting induction.
HR Operations
Help maintain and update employee records (hardcopy and digital).
Assist in attendance monitoring and leave management.
Support payroll preparation with necessary data.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
Help respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure proper filing of HR documents and contracts.
Support in ensuring HR practices comply with company policies and labor regulations.
General Administration
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
Assist in ad-hoc projects and HR initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong interest in HR functions and willingness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
