Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled Human Resources Executive to join our Human Resources Department.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (L&D)
• Design, implement, and assess employee development programs.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
• Organize training programs, workshops, and seminars.
• Collaborate with experts and vendors for training delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain training records and compliance reports.
HRDF Management
• Manage HRDF claims, submissions, and compliance.
• Optimize fund utilization for employee training.
• Liaise with training providers and stay updated on HRDF policies.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
General HR Support
• Assist with performance management, engagement, and HR admin.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Experience in recruitment, payroll processing, and employee engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
