Conduct service and repair work in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and report to the workshop controller for necessary technical assistance.

Carry out all repair jobs required on job cards.

Submit and add job forms for additional repairs recommended and get approval before repair.

Write comments on feedback/add-job form for each service line and confirm work has been carried out correctly.

Complete repair jobs within the specified time and meet monthly efficiency & productivity targets.

Report to workshop controller promptly on job completion and collect the next assigned work order, clocking accordingly in the system.

Ensure all warranty parts are packed and tagged with proper information before returning to the Parts Department.

Ensure cleanliness in the work bay and maintain hand tools properly and in good condition.
