To conduct service and repair work in-accordance with the manufacturer guidelines and report to workshop controller for necessary technical assistance

To carry out all repair jobs required on job cards

To submit add job forms for additional repair recommended and get approval before repair

To write comments on feedback / add-job form for each service line and confirm work have been carried out correctly

To complete repair jobs within the specified time and to meet monthly efficiency & productivity target

To report to workshop controller promptly on job completion and collect next assigned work order, clocking accordingly in the system

To ensure all warranty parts must be packed and tagged with proper information before returning to Parts Department

To ensure cleanliness in the work bay and maintain hand tools properly and in good condition
