Key Responsibilities
- Sales Training & Development
- • Design and deliver engaging sales training programs for field sales teams.
- • Provide on-the-ground coaching to improve selling, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- • Conduct workshops, role-playing exercises, and sales simulations.
- • Train new hires and upskill existing sales employees.
- Field Coaching & Performance Evaluation
- • Join client visits to observe, mentor, and give real-time feedback.
- • Identify skill gaps and provide personalized coaching.
- • Develop assessment tools to measure training impact and sales performance.
- Sales Strategy & Best Practices
- • Teach advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- • Share insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
- • Ensure alignment with company sales processes and goals.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- • Track and report training effectiveness and sales team progress.
- • Gather feedback to refine training programs.
- • Stay updated with new sales methods and industry trends.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in field sales, B2B/B2C sales, or retail sales.
- Previous experience in training, coaching, or mentoring sales teams is a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and territory management.
