About the role?
We are looking for a Field Sales Instructor to train and develop our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver sales training for new and existing sales staff
- Provide hands-on coaching to improve sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Conduct workshops, role plays, and sales simulations
- Join sales reps in the field to observe and give real-time feedback
- Identify skill gaps and offer one-on-one coaching
- Create tools to track performance and training results
- Teach effective sales techniques and share best practices
- Share insights on market trends and customer behavior
- Ensure sales team follows company processes and targets
- Track training progress and report results
- Collect feedback to improve future training
- Stay updated on new sales strategies and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor In Business Administration, Sales or any related Field
- Minimum 2 years experiences in Sales, Marketing or any job related
- Experiences as Team or Sales Leader is an advantage
