About the role?

We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our performance marketing team. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to optimize campaigns, enhance analytics and drive growth across key channels like SEO, Paid Media and Email Marketing. You’ll transform data into actionable insights, automate reporting, and help build a scalable marketing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Bing, and LinkedIn.
  • Set up events, troubleshoot tracking issues, and manage website analytics.
  • Build automated dashboards and translate technical metrics into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve rankings and drive traffic.
  • Support email marketing, CRM campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Work with design and content teams to produce marketing assets (posts, videos, newsletters).
  • Support business partners to run effective paid advertising campaigns.
  • Manage budgets efficiently and ensure cost-effective marketing performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics setup.
  • Certification in Google Ads or equivalent is a plus.
  • Good with Google Data Studio or automate data workflows and present clear reports.
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms is a bonus (HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retargeting strategies.
