About the role?

Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative Internship to join our Customer Happiness Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email pertaining to company.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and requests promptly, accurately, and professionally.
  • Resolve customer complaints tactfully and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain amicable working relationships with the team and different departments of the company.
