Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative (Call Centre) to join our Customer Happiness Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls, chats, and emails.
  • Provide quick and helpful responses to customer inquiries.
  • Solve complaints professionally and follow up when needed.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
  • Must be able to communicate and write in English and Malay.
