About the role?

Culture, Adoption & Change Manager will lead and coordinate the people side of transformation initiatives - ensuring that every digital, operational and cultural change across Bateriku is understood, embraced and sustained by employees. This role bridges PMO strategy with organization-wide behavioral adoption, driving not only project completion but mindset transformation across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Culture & Engagement
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational culture in alignment with transformation goals.
  • Partner with HR to embed digital-first, agile, and collaborative behaviors across the enterprise.
  • Design and deliver engagement programs, townhalls, and campaigns that support culture shift.
  • Change Management
  • Lead change management activities for enterprise initiatives.
  • Conduct change impact assessments for digital, operational, and process programs.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to embed new ways of working across functions.
  • Adoption Enablement
  • Ensure effective adoption of new technologies, processes, and tools introduced by transformation programs.
  • Define adoption KPIs and track progress (usage, compliance, satisfaction).
  • Provide feedback loops and readiness assessments to leadership to minimize resistance and risk.
  • Governance & Integration with PMO
  • Align change and adoption initiatives with PMO frameworks (SAGA).
  • Ensure governance standards include cultural and adoption checkpoints.
  • Support Steering Committees and leadership forums with adoption insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience in organizational change, culture or adoption roles.
  • Change management certifications (Prosci, ACMP, or similar) are highly desirable.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
  • Background in digital transformation environments preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, cultural awareness and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and partner across functions (Digital, Ops, Finance, HR, PMO).
