About the Job
The Content Creator role is part of the Online Marketing team at Bateriku (M) Sdn. Bhd. This position involves creating visually engaging content, managing social media presence, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive platform traffic and audience growth.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Creative Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in producing videos, graphics, and social media content across multiple platforms.
- Experience using content scheduling and social media analytics tools.
- Experience supporting events and creating real-time digital content coverage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging videos, graphics, thumbnails, and storyboards for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Write engaging and SEO-friendly captions and assist in developing platform-appropriate written content.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content according to campaign timelines and content calendars.
- Monitor industry trends and contribute innovative content ideas regularly.
- Track content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements based on insights and audience engagement.
- Support marketing events through on-site content creation and content coverage.
- Edit videos and audio materials using copyright-free assets.
- Collaborate with team members and support departmental activities when required.
- Engage with audiences across social media channels and respond to trending topics to increase interaction.
- Monitor and escalate customer feedback or service-related issues to the relevant team when necessary.
