Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email pertaining to company
  • Assist with customer inquiries and request promptly, accurately and professional
  • Resolve customer complaints tactfully and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain amicable working relationship with the team and different department of the company

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
  • Must able to communicate and written in english and malay
