Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email pertaining to company
Assist with customer inquiries and request promptly, accurately and professional
Resolve customer complaints tactfully and follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain amicable working relationship with the team and different department of the company
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
