About the role?

Handle calls, chats and emails with professionalism while resolving inquiries and complaints quickly and tactfully. Join a supportive team where you’ll deliver excellent service, build strong customer relationships and keep every interaction positive. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email pertaining to company.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and request promptly, accurately and professional.
  • Resolve customer complaints tactfully and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain amicable working relationship with the team and different department of the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Experience in the Customer Service or Call Centre sector is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
  • Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
  • Required skills: Computer literacy, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
