What you will do as a BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING (BPO) OFFICER?
About the Job
Responsible for ensuring operational continuity, service coordination and support for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Customer Service or a related field
- Previous experience in a BPO, call centre, customer service or contact centre environment is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Good problem-solving and customer handling skills.
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
Responsibilities
- Supporting daily call centre operations and monitoring SLA performance.
- Monitoring staff attendance and service performance metrics.
- Ensuring abandoned call rates remain within acceptable targets.
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of operational data before submission to Finance.
- Managing and validating BBuddy partner payment processes.
- Coordinating service job assignments in locations without Bateriku Pitstop coverage.
- Monitoring customer and client interactions to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
- Ensuring timely customer updates and service follow-ups.
- Monitoring API integrations and supporting operational systems.
- Preparing monthly operational reports for management review.
- Supporting administrative and documentation requirements.
- Providing backup operational support during peak periods and manpower shortages to ensure service continuity.
