Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled Bpreneur Supervisor to join our NetDev BP Department.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Operations Management
• Monitor sales performance and ensure monthly targets are met.
• Ensure operations follow company SOPs.
• Manage business hours and service quality.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure stock accuracy.
System & Process Management
• Ensure proper use of internal systems (JBK, BRACE, Quicksight, Grafana, BMS, E-Count).
• Oversee order completion, stock tracking, and warranty processes.
• Resolve incomplete jobs and warranty issues.
Marketing & Business Development
• Support online and offline marketing (social media, sponsorships, events).
• Build partnerships with Petronas AutoExpert, MARA, PUNB, and others.
• Identify new BP prospects and manage onboarding (applications, site surveys, approvals, etc.).
Financial & Administrative Oversight
• Monitor BP financial assistance programs (SME, Axiata, BP loans).
• Ensure BP financial records are accurate and payments are tracked.
Training & Coaching
• Conduct regular training for BP teams.
• Provide operational and marketing support.
• Organize upskilling programs like RSA, Bhero, GGR, and technical training.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track BP sales performance and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with attendance and leave policies.
• Conduct BP site visits to assess and improve performance.
Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution
• Handle conflicts and disputes within BP teams.
• Escalate major operational issues to higher management.
• Provide coaching on BP operations and performance improvement.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business operations, sales, or team supervision.
Experience in managing teams, business growth strategies, and customer engagement.
