About the role?
A BHero Rider is responsible for completing tasks within SLA, ensuring equipment is in good condition, delivering and installing batteries on time, performing basic vehicle checks, managing the Rider App, submitting sales payments promptly, handling Stock B2W deliveries, and maintaining all company tools and assets safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Each Roadside Assistant (RSA) task must be completed according to the established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Always ensure that all provided equipment is complete and in good working condition.
- Any task involving installation must be completed and installed neatly.
- Carry out battery delivery and installation at the time agreed upon with the customer (new battery, warranty battery, or temporary battery).
- Conduct vehicle inspections such as alternator, starter, and current leakage checks.
- Provide clear explanations to customers regarding any issues identified.
- Replace the customer’s vehicle battery if no mechanical problems are found with the vehicle.
- Ensure the Rider Application is opened and closed according to the assigned shift schedule.
- Regularly check the Rider Application to avoid delays in incoming tasks.
- Complete all assigned tasks in the application.
- Make payment for sales proceeds within the specified timeframe.
- Deliver batteries to workshops upon receiving orders.
- Always ensure that all provided equipment is in good condition.
- Ensure all company assets are kept in good and safe condition.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM certificate or equivalent, or a certificate in the automotive field.
- Possess a valid B2/D motorcycle or car driving license.
- Able to work in a team and independently.
- Able to work according to the scheduled roster.
- Willing to perform delivery tasks, battery installation, and basic vehicle inspections.
- Physically fit and able to perform fieldwork.
- Able to communicate well with customers.
