About the role?

To lead, manage and grow the Bpreneur (Dealer) network nationwide by ensuring operational excellence, sales performance, compliance, and dealer satisfaction. This role is responsible for strategic planning, dealer development, onboarding, performance monitoring, and overall business growth for the Bateriku dealer ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of Bpreneur outlets to ensure smooth business activities.
  • Monitor dealer performance (sales B2B & B2C, stock, operational readiness) and propose improvement plans.
  • Ensure dealers comply with Bateriku SOPs, branding guidelines, and service standards.
  • Manage escalations, complaints, and dealer issues promptly.
  • Oversee ageing monitoring to ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding issues, payments, and incomplete jobs.
  • Develop strategies to grow the Bpreneur network and increase revenue by state.
  • Identify potential locations for dealer expansion.
  • Conduct market analysis to enhance competitiveness and dealer performance.
  • Plan monthly and quarterly targets for each dealer.
  • Oversee onboarding of new dealers, including BP registration, system setup, and stock planning.
  • Coordinate with the Academy/Training team to ensure dealers receive necessary training (RSA, upskilling, product knowledge).
  • Support continuous development programs to strengthen dealer competencies.
  • Track monthly sales performance for all Bpreneur outlets and flag low-performing dealers.
  • Prepare reports on sales, stock movement, expenses, and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to Management.
  • Collaborate with Digital, Finance, HR, Asset, and Product teams on dealer-related matters.
  • Follow up with internal departments regarding dealer requests (system tickets, stock, equipment, recruitment, invoices, etc.

  • Serve as the main liaison between HQ and Bpreneurs nationwide.
  • Lead and supervise the Bpreneur team (RMs / Coordinators).
  • Provide guidance, performance evaluation, and mentoring to team members.
  • Build a high-performance culture aligned with company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Operations, Finance, or related field.
  • Diploma holders with strong experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, dealer management, franchise/retail management, or similar field.
  • Experience managing multi-location outlets or dealer networks is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good analytical ability (sales & operations analysis).
  • Proficient in Excel, reporting, and dashboard interpretation.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel for site visits and dealer support.
