About the role?

The Admin cum Storekeeper position is under Bateriku’s dealer network. This role is responsible for handling administrative duties, stock management, customer service, and operational support to ensure smooth daily business operations at the branch. (Basic salary RM1,700)

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and key-in all ongoing jobs during duty hours while ensuring all BHeroes complete assigned tasks promptly.
  • Manage battery stock inventory comprehensively from end-to-end.
  • Handle the eCount system for scrap and float transactions.
  • Manage scrap batteries and float batteries while ensuring daily incoming and outgoing records are updated accurately.
  • Perform car battery installation and handle warranty matters for walk-in customers.
  • Process and record all warranty claims carefully to avoid company losses.
  • Carry out online and offline marketing activities and improve social media engagement.
  • Ensure all jobs assigned by HQ, including RSA, are fulfilled according to the required SLA.
  • Respond to all calls and messages promptly and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Ensure all external jobs are completed quickly and coordinate with BHeroes for installation arrangements.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Male candidate preferred.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry systems.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to manage stock and maintain proper records.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Physically fit and willing to perform battery installation tasks when required.
  • Local candidates from Rembau are preferred.
