Key Responsibilities
- • Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
- • Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize product features, building a clear and executable product roadmap.
- • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- • Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback and behavior to inform product decisions and improvements.
- • Data-driven Decisions: Use data and KPIs to assess product performance, making adjustments to strategy as needed.
- • Product Launches: Manage the product launch process, ensuring successful rollout and adoption.
- • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for product updates and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- • Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation.
Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in product management or a related field.
- • Strong understanding of any product development methodologies.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
