About the role?

Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled SHUTTLE SERVICE to join our BGARAGE department.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1.Customer, cars & spareparts Transportations
  • a.Safely drive the shuttle along a specified route, ensuring timely and efficient service to all passengers.
  • b.Maintaining the vehicle to ensure it’s safe and driving the shuttle to the designated spots.
  • c.Ensure to collect/sent requested parts from designated supplier on time without any problem
  • 2. Customer Service
  • a.Greet passengers, assist with luggage, answer questions, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • b.Communicate professionally and providing updates when necessary.
  • c.Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 4.5 out of 5 or higher.
  • d.Customer feedback surveys, ratings on shuttle services, direct passenger feedback.
  • 3. Shuttle service Operations
  • a.Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and any relevant service documentation.
  • b.Respond appropriately to emergencies, such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents.
  • c.Report any accidents, vehicle malfunctions, or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
  • d.Stay informed about shuttle routes, schedule changes, and traffic patterns to ensure efficient travel.
  • e.Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition at all times. Perform basic vehicle inspections daily.
  • 4. Compliance & Safety
  • a.Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry regulations, ensuring a secure working environment for the team.
  • b.Collaborate to implement 5S practices, including thorough cleaning and regular workshop inspections.
  • c.Responsibly dispose of waste and organize tools systematically for optimal efficiency.
  • d.Foster a culture of cleanliness and organization among team members, utilizing visual cues for designated storage areas.
  • 5. Record Keeping
  • a.Maintain accurate and detailed records ofrepairs, services, and customer interactions for reference and reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Valid driving license
  • Valid GDL (Goods Driving License) or PSV (Public Service Vehicle) license (depending on vehicle type) are advantages.
  • Minimum SPM (or equivalent).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience driving commercial or passenger vehicles.
