About the role?

Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled AUDIT & COMPLIANCE OFFICER to join our A&C department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and programs specific to pitstop
  • operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure compliance with company standards and
  • regulations.
  • Design and execute periodic internal audits of outlet operations, including inventory
  • management, sales processes, and store procedures.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports identifying gaps, recommendations, and corrective actions.
  • Track and follow up on audit findings to ensure proper implementation of recommended
  • changes.
  • Create educational materials and resources to promote awareness of compliance requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to outlet managers on compliance-related matters.
  • Review and update standard operating procedures, guidelines, agreement etc as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation and
  • records.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of implemented processes and make necessary
  • adjustments.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis and industry best
  • practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all audit and compliance activities.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on compliance status and risk areas.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in internal auditing, compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
