About the role?
Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our CHD department.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email pertaining to company
- Assist with customer inquiries and request promptly, accurately and professional
- Resolve customer complaints tactfully and follow up to ensure resolution.
- maintain amicable working relationship with the team and different department of the company
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
