Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled QC EXECUTIVE to join our QUALITY department.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Testing and Analysis:
- a.)Conduct various battery performance tests, including charge retention, endurance, corrosion, and water consumption tests.
- b.)Analyze and document test results accurately for reporting and further action.
- 2. Quality Control:
- a.)Inspect batteries to ensure compliance with internal and IEC standards.
- b.)Perform visual inspections and physical measurements to identify defects.
- 3. Maintenance of Equipment:
- a.)Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory testing equipment.
- b.)Ensure all tools and instruments are in optimal working condition.
- 4. Data Management:
- a.)Maintain detailed records of tests, observations, and results.
- b.)Use laboratory software or tools for efficient data entry and analysis.
- 5. Safety Compliance:
- a.)Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while handling batteries and testing equipment.
- b.)Ensure proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
- 6. Collaboration:
- a.)Work closely with the quality assurance team, and other departments.
- b.)Provide technical insights during new product development and testing phases.
