About the role?

Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled SALES EXECUTIVE to join our NETDEV-B2W department.

Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Sales Activities:
  • o Actively promote and sell Astra products to workshops and corporate clients.
  • o Identify potential clients and initiate contact to establish new accounts.
  • o Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  • o Willing to entertain customers outside working hours.
  • 2. Business Development:
  • o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base.
  • o Research market trends and identify new business opportunities within the automotive industry.
  • 3. Customer Relationship Management:
  • o Build and maintain strong relationships with workshop owners, managers, and corporate decision-makers.
  • o Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive client experience.
  • 4. Reporting & Forecasting:
  • o Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
  • o Track sales performance against targets and develop plans to achieve them.
  • 5. Product Knowledge:
  • o Stay updated on product specifications, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.
  • o Provide product demonstrations and technical support as needed.
  • 6. Collaboration:
  • o Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • o Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events.

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Requirements
  • • Experience:
  • o Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  • • Skills:
  • o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • • Other Requirements:
  • o Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
  • o Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
